About Us

Rooted locally.
Focused on you.

We’re more than pest control—we’re your neighbors. Since 1998, our licensed team has been protecting homes with safe, effective treatments and honest, no-pressure service. Whether you’re in Washington or Texas, you’ll get local expertise, fast support, and results that last.

⏰ Same-day and next day availability

We Are Licensed & Consistently Trained

Our exterminators are highly trained and licensed. We also attend continuing education training courses throughout the year. This way, we keep up-to-date on new techniques and safer products to ensure your home is yours and not the pests.

We will only use safe & approved, family-friendly, or organic products—the only kind we would use for our own homes. This is why the Daily Olympian has voted us as the #1 pest control in their Best of the South Sound awards from 2020 to 2022!

A Company Founded on Integrity and Trust

Founded on the values of integrity and trust, our mission is to ensure that you, the customer, feel and believe the service you are provided has value to it. We want to solve your pest problem ethically, morally, effectively, and efficiently.

Being local, we pride ourselves on community involvement. We regularly shut down the office and donate a day of service to local nonprofits like the Senior Community Center, the YMCA, the Salvation Army, the American Cancer Society Relay for Life, and more.

An Array of Discounts to Help You Save

With over 20 years in Western Washington homes, nothing surprises us — except maybe how many folks are still getting fogged and overcharged.

We do pest control differently: no long-term lock-ins, no sketchy chemicals, no disappearing techs. Just solid, seasonal service that keeps your home (or business) pest-free, with the same people coming back quarter after quarter.
