Welcome to PCI Pest Control (“we,” “our,” “us”). These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of our website (the “Site”) and any text messaging (SMS) program you opt into.

By using or accessing this Site, or by opting in to receive text messages from us, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please discontinue use of the Site and do not opt in to text messaging.

3. Text Messaging (SMS) Program Terms

By opting in to receive text messages from PCI Pest Control — through our website, a paper or digital form, or verbally at the time of service — you agree to the following:

  • Program description: You will receive text messages related to appointment reminders, service confirmations, technician arrival notifications, and billing/invoice notices, plus promotional offers and service reminders if you’ve separately opted in to marketing texts.
  • Message frequency varies based on your services and preferences.
  • Message and data rates may apply. Check with your mobile carrier for details on your plan.
  • Consent is not required as a condition of any purchase or service. You can request pest control service from PCI Pest Control without opting in to text messages.
  • Carrier liability: Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
  • Opt-out: Text STOP to any message at any time to cancel. You’ll receive one final message confirming your opt-out. You may also contact us directly (see Section 11) to be removed.
  • Help: Text HELP to any message, or contact us directly, for assistance.
  • Changing your number: If you change your mobile number, please notify us so we can update your opt-in status — new numbers are not automatically enrolled.

Your mobile information is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which specifically states that mobile numbers and SMS opt-in consent are never shared with third parties for marketing or promotional purposes.
