We arrive in full protective gear to locate and assess every stinging insect nest on your property, checking common summer hotspots like eaves, ground burrows, wall voids, and shrubs where yellowjackets actively build and expand colonies. For example, we inspect under decks where wasps cluster before summer, around vents where hornets build late-season nests, and in attics where paper wasps seek shelter from cooler Pacific Northwest weather.

We treat pests where they live

We apply targeted treatments using professional-grade products like PT Wasp Freeze and Tempo Dust to neutralize active nests, whether they’re tucked under eaves, buried in ground burrows, hidden in wall voids, or clustered in attics where paper wasps actively build colonies during the summer season. We treat each nest with precision in full protective gear, using knockdown aerosols for accessible locations and thorough void dusting for inaccessible areas, then apply residual barriers around former nest sites to deter returning foragers who may continue activity for up to 72 hours after treatment.

We report our findings, and create a plan

We conduct a thorough follow-up inspection 7-10 days after initial treatment to confirm complete nest elimination, checking all previously treated locations including eaves, ground burrows, wall voids, and attic spaces where yellowjackets and paper wasps often establish secondary satellite nests during peak summer colony growth.

During this visit, we remove any remaining neutralized nests, verify that residual barriers are holding strong against late-season forager activity, and treat any newly discovered nests that may have been missed during the initial service, ensuring your property remains protected as stinging insect activity naturally declines through August and December.
