We pride ourselves on a simple, straight forward no-frills process.

You call, we inspect and diagnose

We begin with a detailed inspection of your property to identify the ant species and locate their colonies. For example, we’ll trace foraging trails back to nests in wall voids, under foundations, or in moisture-damaged wood, which is common during summer when ants seek shelter from daytime heat and dry conditions in the Pacific Northwest.

We treat pests where they live

We apply targeted treatments to eliminate active ant colonies and create a protective barrier around your property. Our technicians use professional-grade products along baseboards, entry points, and foraging trails, while treating exterior foundations and potential nesting sites in mulch beds or under pavers where ants often establish satellite colonies during August as they consolidate resources before summer.

We also place monitoring stations in strategic locations to track ongoing activity and prevent re-infestation. This dual approach addresses both the immediate problem and long-term prevention, which is critical in summer when dry conditions can drive ants indoors seeking food and moisture sources.

We report our findings, and create a plan

We schedule a follow-up visit within 7-10 days to assess treatment effectiveness and address any remaining activity. During this inspection, we check all monitoring stations, re-treat any new foraging trails or entry points, and adjust our strategy based on colony response, which is critical in summer when ant populations shift between outdoor nests and indoor harborage sites as temperatures rise and dry conditions drive them indoors seeking moisture.
