Our approach isn’t one-size-fits-all. Our Process

Our Process: Reliable Pest Control for Thurston County

We pride ourselves on a simple, straight forward no-frills process.

You call, we inspect and diagnose

Our process begins with a meticulous inspection of your entire property, from the crawlspace to the attic, to identify all potential pest entry points, signs of activity, and conducive conditions.

For example, during a summer inspection in Thurston County, we specifically search for carpenter ant colonies drawn to damp wood from summer showers and scout for emerging wasp nests on eaves, providing you with a detailed, photo-documented diagnosis and a clear plan for resolution.

We treat pests where they live

Our second step is to apply targeted, EPA-registered treatments directly where pests live, travel, and breed, ensuring we address the core of the infestation. For example, we may apply heated Bora-Care to lumber for wood-boring beetles, use bio-sanitation foam in drains to eliminate fly breeding sites, or treat cracks and crevices with specialized products for ants and spiders.

We report our findings, and create a plan

After completing our thorough treatment, we provide you with a detailed report documenting all findings, pest activity levels, and the specific treatments applied to your Thurston County property. We then establish your personalized ongoing maintenance schedule, which is especially important during August when summer moisture and warming temperatures create ideal conditions for ants, spiders, and emerging yellowjacket colonies that require consistent monitoring to prevent re-infestation.
