Our Process

Our Process: Proven Termite Treatment for Tacoma Homes

We pride ourselves on a simple, straight forward no-frills process.

You call, we inspect and diagnose

We initiate our 3-step termite treatment process with a comprehensive Peace of Mind Inspection of your entire Tacoma property, meticulously examining everything from the crawlspace and foundation to the attic for evidence of termite activity.

This crucial diagnosis step allows us to identify the specific species, such as looking for signs of Western Subterranean termite swarms which are common during summer, and pinpoint any moisture-related conditions that attract the prevalent Dampwood termites in our summer climate.

We treat pests where they live

We apply a multi-pronged treatment directly to the soil and foundation where subterranean termites live and travel. For example, we install Trelona ATBS bait stations around your home’s perimeter and perform subsoil injections or foundation trenching with an advanced termiticide that is transferred back to the colony.

We report our findings, and create a plan

After completing our thorough termite inspection and treatment in Tacoma, we provide you with a detailed report documenting all findings, treatment locations, and the specific products applied to protect your home from these destructive pests. We then establish an ongoing monitoring program using strategically placed bait stations around your property’s perimeter, which is especially important during Tacoma’s summer weather when subterranean termites become increasingly active as they search for moisture-rich wood to colonize.

We Offer Residential & Commercial Pest Control Options In Tacoma

Whether you need pest control for your home or business, we have you covered.

Residential pest control Tacoma

We protect Tacoma homes from termites using proven treatment methods tailored to the Pacific Northwest. For subterranean termites, we deploy a multi-pronged approach combining Trelona ATBS bait stations with subsoil and slab injections of professional-grade termiticide around your foundation perimeter. These products transfer back to the colony through shared travel paths, eliminating the threat at its source.

For example, we strategically place bait stations every 10 to 20 linear feet around your property to intercept active colonies before they cause serious damage. If you’re dealing with dampwood termites, common in our wet climate, we focus on removing affected wood and correcting moisture issues with localized treatments during repairs. We also offer annual monitoring services with bait stations, which is ideal for homes with prior termite activity or those in high-risk areas.

Commercial pest control Tacoma

We protect Tacoma’s commercial properties from termites with comprehensive treatment solutions tailored to the Pacific Northwest’s unique challenges. Our services cover office buildings, retail spaces, warehouses, restaurants, and multi-unit properties throughout the Tacoma area, where the region’s moisture and mild climate create ideal conditions for Western Subterranean and Dampwood termite activity. We combine advanced baiting systems, targeted termiticide applications, and ongoing monitoring to eliminate active infestations and prevent future damage, ensuring your business operations continue without interruption.
