Our Process

Our Process: Proven Termite Treatment for Olympia Homes

We pride ourselves on a simple, straight forward no-frills process.

You call, we inspect and diagnose

Our process begins with a required Peace of Mind Inspection, a 60-90 minute full property walkthrough where we examine the interior, exterior, attic, and crawlspace for any signs of termite damage or activity.

Since August is peak swarm season for Western Subterranean termites in the Olympia area, we meticulously document our findings with annotated photos and a comprehensive graph, allowing us to diagnose the issue and create a precise treatment plan.

We treat pests where they live

Our second step involves direct treatment where termites live and travel, utilizing a multi-pronged approach to eliminate the entire colony. For example, we install advanced baiting systems like Trelona ATBS every 10-20 feet and perform subsoil injections by trenching around your foundation to create a complete protective barrier.

We report our findings, and create a plan

After completing our thorough termite inspection and treatment in Olympia, we provide you with a detailed report documenting all findings, treatment locations, and recommendations specific to your property’s conditions. We then establish an ongoing monitoring program with strategically placed bait stations around your home’s perimeter, which is especially important during summer when Western Subterranean termites are actively swarming and seeking new locations to establish colonies in our Pacific Northwest climate.

For subterranean termites, we deploy a multi-pronged approach combining Trelona ATBS bait stations with liquid termiticide applications trenched around your foundation perimeter. For example, we strategically place monitoring or active bait stations every 10-20 linear feet around your property, allowing termites to transfer the treatment back to their colony through shared travel paths.

Our dampwood termite treatments focus on eliminating moisture issues and removing affected wood, typically resolved with a one-time service starting at $325. We also offer annual monitoring programs with bait stations, which are ideal for homes with prior termite activity or those in high-risk areas. Before any treatment, we conduct a comprehensive $150 inspection that includes a detailed assessment of your crawlspace, foundation, and exterior to identify active colonies, conducive conditions, and entry points.
