We specialize in treating both Western Subterranean and Dampwood termites common to the Pacific Northwest, using a multi-pronged approach that combines Trelona ATBS bait stations with targeted termiticide applications around your foundation perimeter.

Our $325 inspection provides you with a detailed assessment of your property, complete with annotated photos and specific recommendations for treatment. We don’t just eliminate current infestations. We offer ongoing annual monitoring to detect termite activity before serious structural damage occurs, giving Lakewood homeowners true peace of mind.

What sets us apart is our commitment to long-term solutions rather than quick fixes. For example, after treating Dampwood termites, we help you address the underlying moisture issues that attracted them in the first place. Our Process

Our Process: Proven Termite Treatment for Lakewood Homes

We pride ourselves on a simple, straight forward no-frills process.

You call, we inspect and diagnose

Our process begins with a mandatory Peace of Mind Inspection, where a licensed technician thoroughly examines your entire Lakewood property, from the crawlspace to the attic, to identify the specific termite species we’re dealing with, such as the Western Subterranean termites that often swarm during the summer.

We meticulously document evidence like mud tubes on your foundation or moisture-damaged wood common in our damp PNW climate, creating a detailed report with annotated photos that maps all conducive conditions and active infestations.

We treat pests where they live

Our second step is a multi-pronged treatment where we apply termiticide by trenching the foundation and injecting it into the subsoil around your home’s perimeter. For example, we strategically install advanced baiting systems like Trelona ATBS at 10-to-20-foot intervals, which allows the product to be transferred back to the colony for complete elimination.

We report our findings, and create a plan

After completing our thorough termite inspection and treatment in Lakewood, we provide you with a detailed report documenting all findings, treatment locations, and recommendations specific to your property’s conditions. We then establish an ongoing monitoring program using strategically placed bait stations around your home’s perimeter, which is especially important during August when Western Subterranean termites are actively swarming in the Pacific Northwest and moisture from summer rains creates ideal conditions for renewed colony activity.
