Our Process

Our Process: Effective Termite Treatment for Lacey Homes

We pride ourselves on a simple, straight forward no-frills process.

You call, we inspect and diagnose

Our first step is a comprehensive Peace of Mind Inspection, where we meticulously examine your entire Lacey property, including the crawlspace and attic, to diagnose the specific termite issue.

With summer being a peak swarm season for Western Subterranean termites in the Pacific Northwest, we provide a detailed report with photos and a graph that identifies active infestations, moisture-related conducive conditions like damp wood, and all entry points to create a targeted treatment strategy.

We treat pests where they live

We then apply a multi-pronged treatment directly where termites live and travel, utilizing both baiting systems and liquid termiticide applications to the soil. For example, we install Trelona ATBS bait stations around your home’s perimeter and perform foundation trenching to create a continuous protective barrier that termites carry back to eliminate the entire colony.

We report our findings, and create a plan

After completing our thorough termite inspection and treatment in Lacey, we provide you with a detailed report documenting all findings, treatment locations, and recommendations specific to your property’s conditions. We then establish an ongoing monitoring program with strategically placed bait stations around your home’s perimeter, which is especially important during summer when Western Subterranean termites are actively swarming and seeking new locations to establish colonies in our Pacific Northwest climate.
