About us

We are your neighbors, dedicated to protecting Tumwater homes.

When stink bugs start invading Tumwater homes this Summer, PCI Pest Control responds with targeted treatments that actually work. We’ve spent years mastering the seasonal patterns of these invasive pests throughout the Pacific Northwest, and our approach combines thorough exterior barrier applications with strategic interior treatments to stop them at every entry point.

What sets us apart is our comprehensive All Seasons Protection Plan, which covers stink bugs along with all common PNW pests for just $52 monthly after a $275 initial service. We don’t just spray and leave. We provide free callback visits between your quarterly services if stink bugs return, and our technicians take time during each visit to identify and seal the gaps, cracks, and conducive conditions that attract these odorous invaders in the first place.

Our Tumwater customers appreciate that we use professional-grade residual insecticides that create long-lasting barriers around foundations, eaves, and other vulnerable areas where stink bugs congregate during their active seasons. For example, we apply targeted treatments to south-facing walls and attic spaces where these pests seek warmth, and we back every service with our satisfaction guarantee because we know how frustrating a stink bug invasion can be during August and the warmer months ahead.

Our Process

Our Process: Effective Stink Bug Control in Tumwater

We pride ourselves on a simple, straight forward no-frills process.

You call, we inspect and diagnose

Our process begins with a thorough inspection of your Tumwater home, where we diagnose how stink bugs are getting inside as they become more active during the August warmth.

We meticulously examine common entry points such as gaps around window frames, tears in screens, and openings where utility lines enter the house to pinpoint the source of the infestation.

We treat pests where they live

We apply targeted treatments directly where stink bugs live, hide, and attempt to enter your Tumwater home. For example, our technicians utilize professional-grade residual liquid insecticides on the exterior foundation and siding, and carefully apply insecticidal dust into common hiding spots like wall voids and attic spaces.

We report our findings, and create a plan

After completing treatment, we document all findings from your Tumwater property and provide you with a detailed report showing where stink bugs were active, what attracted them during August warming period, and which entry points we sealed. We then establish an ongoing monitoring schedule as part of your quarterly service plan, ensuring that as summer progresses and these occasional invaders continue seeking shelter from fluctuating Pacific Northwest temperatures, your home remains protected with regular inspections and proactive treatments at no additional cost for callbacks.

Service Types

We Offer Residential & Commercial Pest Control Options In Tumwater

Whether you need pest control for your home or business, we have you covered.

Residential pest control Tumwater

We tackle stink bug invasions with targeted treatments designed specifically for the Pacific Northwest’s seasonal patterns. Our technicians apply residual insecticides to exterior entry points, window frames, siding gaps, and foundation cracks where these occasional invaders congregate during their summer migration periods. For example, we use products like Bithor SC or Temprid SC around your home’s perimeter to create a protective barrier, and we’ll treat interior spaces if stink bugs have already made their way inside, focusing on attics, wall voids, and living areas where they cluster.

This service is included in our All Seasons Protection Plan (ASPP), All Seasons Insect Plan (ASIP), and All Seasons Protection Plan Plus (ASPP+), with free callback visits if activity persists between your quarterly maintenance appointments. We also offer one-time treatments starting at $325 for homeowners who prefer addressing the problem as it occurs rather than enrolling in ongoing protection.

Our approach combines immediate knockdown of visible stink bugs with long-lasting residual protection to prevent future entry, and we’ll identify and recommend sealing any structural gaps or conducive conditions that make your Tumwater home attractive to these pests during their peak activity windows.

Commercial pest control Tumwater

We protect Tumwater’s commercial properties from stink bug invasions with targeted treatments for warehouses, office buildings, retail spaces, and food processing facilities throughout the area. Our approach combines thorough exterior perimeter treatments during peak summer activity periods with interior monitoring and exclusion work to prevent these occasional invaders from disrupting your business operations. We understand that Tumwater businesses near wooded areas or agricultural zones face heightened stink bug pressure, so we customize our service timing and treatment intensity based on your property’s specific risk factors and the seasonal patterns we see throughout Thurston County.
