About us

We are Olympia's trusted, local stink bug experts.

When stink bugs invade your Olympia home this Summer, PCI Pest Control delivers the targeted solutions you need. We understand how frustrating it is when these shield-shaped pests congregate on sunny exterior walls in August or cluster indoors seeking shelter, which is why our technicians combine thorough exterior treatments with strategic interior applications to eliminate current activity and prevent future invasions.

What sets us apart is our comprehensive approach that goes beyond basic spraying. For example, our All Seasons Protection Plan includes quarterly treatments specifically timed to intercept stink bug activity during their peak summer emergence, with free callback visits if these occasional invaders breach your defenses between scheduled services. We also take the time to identify conducive conditions around your Olympia property, like gaps in siding or unsealed entry points near windows, and provide practical exclusion recommendations that keep stink bugs outside where they belong.

Our local expertise means we know exactly when and where stink bugs will appear in the Olympia area, allowing us to proactively treat vulnerable zones before populations explode. Whether you need a one-time treatment starting at $325 or prefer the ongoing protection of our quarterly maintenance plans, we use professional-grade residual insecticides that create lasting barriers while remaining safe for your family and pets once dried.

Our Process

Our Process: Effective Stink Bug Control in Olympia

We pride ourselves on a simple, straight forward no-frills process.

You call, we inspect and diagnose

We begin our stink bug control process with a comprehensive inspection of your Olympia property to identify where these pests are emerging from their overwintering sites as the weather warms up this August.

Our technicians meticulously check for common entry points, such as gaps around window screens and utility lines, to diagnose the precise pathways stink bugs are using to get inside your home.

We treat pests where they live

We apply a professional-grade residual liquid insecticide to your home’s exterior foundation, eaves, and around windows and doors where stink bugs congregate. For example, if any have already made it inside, we also treat the interior cracks, crevices, and wall voids where they often overwinter.

We report our findings, and create a plan

After completing our thorough treatment, we document all findings and create a detailed report of the stink bug activity we discovered during your Olympia property inspection. We then establish an ongoing monitoring plan that includes quarterly maintenance visits timed with August warming temperatures when stink bugs become increasingly active around windows and siding, ensuring your home stays protected as these occasional invaders seek entry points during summer.

We Offer Residential & Commercial Pest Control Options In Olympia

Whether you need pest control for your home or business, we have you covered.

Residential pest control Olympia

We tackle stink bug invasions with a comprehensive approach that targets both active pests and future prevention. Our technicians apply residual liquid insecticides to your home’s exterior foundation, entry points, and common gathering areas where stink bugs congregate during their seasonal migrations throughout summer. For example, we focus treatment around windows, door frames, siding gaps, and attic vents since these are the primary access points stink bugs use when seeking shelter indoors.

Inside your home, we use targeted applications in areas where stink bugs have already entered, treating baseboards, window sills, and other harborage spots with products that eliminate current activity while providing lasting protection. We also identify and recommend sealing potential entry points to prevent future invasions, since stink bugs are occasional invaders that appear predictably during temperature changes. Our treatments are included in our All Seasons Protection Plan, All Seasons Insect Plan, and All Seasons Protection Plan Plus, with free callback visits if stink bugs return between your regular quarterly services.

Commercial pest control Olympia

We protect Olympia’s commercial properties from stink bug invasions with targeted treatments designed for the unique needs of local businesses. Our team services office buildings, warehouses, retail spaces, restaurants, and multi-unit properties throughout the area, understanding that these occasional invaders can quickly become a major nuisance throughout summer when they’re most active in the Pacific Northwest. For example, we focus on sealing entry points around loading docks and exterior walls, applying residual treatments to common gathering spots, and creating customized prevention plans that keep your business stink bug-free without disrupting daily operations.
