Our Process

Our Process: Effective Stink Bug Control in Lakewood

We pride ourselves on a simple, straight forward no-frills process.

You call, we inspect and diagnose

Our process begins with a comprehensive inspection of your Lakewood property to diagnose how stink bugs are getting inside as they become more active with the warmer August weather.

We meticulously examine common entry points like gaps around window frames, utility lines, and under siding to pinpoint the specific vulnerabilities stink bugs exploit during the summer.

We treat pests where they live

Next, we apply a professional-grade residual liquid insecticide to the exterior of your home, focusing on areas where stink bugs live and attempt to gain entry. For example, we treat around window frames, door sills, siding, and under eaves to create a protective barrier that stops these pests before they get inside.

We report our findings, and create a plan

After completing treatment, we document all findings and create a customized ongoing maintenance plan to keep stink bugs from returning to your Lakewood home. In August, as these pests become more active with warming temperatures and seek entry points around windows and siding, our detailed report identifies the specific areas where stink bugs congregated and outlines the seasonal patterns we observed during inspection. We then establish a post-treatment monitoring schedule that includes quarterly check-ins timed with peak summer stink bug activity, ensuring your home stays protected year-round with our All Seasons Protection Plan that covers callbacks if these occasional invaders attempt to re-enter during their active periods.

Service Types

We Offer Residential & Commercial Pest Control Options In Lakewood

Whether you need pest control for your home or business, we have you covered.

Residential pest control Lakewood

We tackle stink bug invasions with a comprehensive approach that targets both active pests and future prevention. Our technicians apply residual liquid insecticides to your home’s exterior foundation, entry points, and common gathering areas where stink bugs congregate during their seasonal migrations throughout summer. For example, we focus treatment around windows, door frames, siding gaps, and attic vents since these are the primary access points stink bugs use when seeking shelter indoors.

Inside your Lakewood home, we use targeted applications in areas where stink bugs have already entered. We treat baseboards, window sills, and other interior harborage spots with products that eliminate current activity while creating a protective barrier. Our quarterly maintenance visits through the All Seasons Protection Plan ensure your home stays protected year-round, with free callbacks if stink bugs return between scheduled services.

We also identify and address the conducive conditions that attract stink bugs to your property in the first place. This means sealing obvious entry points, recommending vegetation management, and applying exterior treatments that deter these occasional invaders before they become a nuisance. Our approach gives you long-term relief, not just a temporary fix.

Commercial pest control Lakewood

We protect Lakewood’s commercial properties from stink bug invasions with targeted treatments for warehouses, office buildings, retail spaces, and multi-unit facilities. Our approach combines exterior barrier applications during peak summer migration periods and interior treatments focused on entry points where these pests typically congregate. We understand that stink bugs can damage your business reputation and disrupt operations, so we respond quickly with proven methods that keep these seasonal invaders out of your commercial space year-round.
