Our Process

Our Process: Effective Stink Bug Control in Lacey

We pride ourselves on a simple, straight forward no-frills process.

You call, we inspect and diagnose

Our process begins with a comprehensive inspection of your Lacey property, identifying how stink bugs are emerging from their overwintering sites as temperatures rise this August.

We meticulously examine common entry points such as gaps around window screens, underneath siding, and through attic vents to diagnose the severity of the infestation and map out a precise treatment strategy.

We treat pests where they live

We apply targeted treatments directly where stink bugs live and congregate on your home’s exterior in Lacey. For example, we apply residual products to siding, around window and door frames, and under eaves where they are known to gather before entering a structure.

We report our findings, and create a plan

After completing our thorough treatment, we document all findings and create a detailed report of the stink bug activity we discovered during your Lacey property inspection. We then establish an ongoing monitoring schedule tailored to August conditions in the Pacific Northwest, when stink bugs become increasingly active as they emerge from overwintering sites and seek entry points around homes, ensuring your property remains protected throughout the summer season and beyond.

Service Types

We Offer Residential & Commercial Pest Control Options In Lacey

Whether you need pest control for your home or business, we have you covered.

Residential pest control Lacey

We tackle stink bug invasions with a comprehensive approach that targets both active pests and future prevention. Our technicians apply residual liquid insecticides to your home’s exterior foundation, entry points, and common gathering areas where stink bugs congregate during their seasonal migrations throughout summer. For example, we focus treatment around windows, door frames, siding gaps, and attic vents since these are the primary access points stink bugs use when seeking shelter indoors.

Inside your Lacey home, we use targeted applications in areas where stink bugs have already entered. We treat baseboards, window sills, and other interior harborage spots with products that eliminate current activity while creating a barrier against new invaders. Our quarterly maintenance visits through plans like the All Seasons Protection Plan ensure your home stays protected year-round, with free callbacks if stink bugs return between scheduled services.

We also identify and address the conducive conditions that attract stink bugs to your property in the first place. This means sealing gaps, recommending vegetation management, and creating a protective perimeter that keeps these occasional invaders outside where they belong. Our treatments are family and pet-friendly once dried, typically within about an hour, so you can get back to enjoying your home without the unpleasant odor and nuisance of stink bug infestations.

Commercial pest control Lacey

We provide comprehensive stink bug control for Lacey’s commercial properties, including office buildings, warehouses, retail spaces, and multi-unit facilities where these summer invaders can disrupt business operations and create customer complaints. Our approach combines exterior barrier treatments around loading docks, entry points, and building perimeters with interior monitoring and targeted applications in problem areas like storage rooms and common spaces. We schedule treatments during your off-hours to minimize disruption, and because Lacey’s proximity to wooded areas and agricultural land increases seasonal stink bug pressure, we time our services strategically during their peak summer activity.
