About us

We are Tumwater's trusted experts in rodent control.

When rodents invade your Tumwater home this summer, PCI Pest Control delivers comprehensive solutions that go far beyond basic trapping. We start every rodent case with a thorough inspection to identify your specific pest—whether roof rats, Norway rats, or mice—and map out every entry point with detailed photos and documentation.

Our Total Home Protection Plan addresses active infestations with professional-grade snap traps strategically placed throughout your property, plus up to 2.5 hours of exclusion work using quarter-inch hardware cloth, copper mesh, and pressure-treated materials to seal vulnerable areas. What sets us apart in Tumwater is our lifetime warranty on exclusion work when you maintain a pest protection plan, meaning any new entry points discovered during your service period get sealed at no additional charge.

After we’ve eliminated your rodent problem, we transition you to our All Seasons Rodent Plan for just $42 monthly, which includes quarterly monitoring, exterior bait station maintenance, and free callback visits. This August is the perfect time to address rodent concerns before they escalate, and unlike companies that rely on dangerous interior poison baits, we use targeted trapping methods that prevent rodents from dying inside your walls and creating unbearable odors for weeks.

Our Process

Our Process: Effective Rodent Control for Tumwater Homes

We pride ourselves on a simple, straight forward no-frills process.

You call, we inspect and diagnose

Our process begins with a thorough Peace of Mind inspection where we meticulously examine your entire Tumwater property, from the crawlspace to the attic, to identify all potential rodent entry points and signs of activity.

As rodent activity increases in the summer, we specifically search for common entry points like compromised foundation vents or gaps under bay windows, documenting our findings with annotated photos and a detailed remediation graph.

We treat pests where they live

After identifying rodent pathways, we implement the treatment phase by strategically setting a network of traps in high-traffic areas throughout your Tumwater home. For example, we primarily deploy wooden snap traps in attics and crawlspaces and may use baited glue boards as a secondary measure to capture the active population.

We report our findings, and create a plan

After completing the trapping and exclusion work, we provide a comprehensive report detailing all findings, entry points sealed, and rodent activity levels observed throughout your Tumwater property. We then establish an ongoing maintenance plan with quarterly monitoring visits to check bait stations and inspect for new entry points, which is especially important during summer when rodents remain active searching for food, water, and nesting sites.

Service Types

We Offer Residential & Commercial Pest Control Options In Tumwater

Whether you need pest control for your home or business, we have you covered.

Residential pest control Tumwater

We take rodent control seriously in Tumwater, combining strategic trapping with comprehensive exclusion work to eliminate mice and rats for good. Our approach starts with a thorough inspection of your property to identify entry points and activity levels, then we deploy wooden snap traps in high-traffic areas while sealing access points with ¼” hardware cloth, copper mesh, and pressure-treated materials. For example, we commonly address compromised crawlspace vents, foundation cracks, and gaps around bay windows that rodents exploit to enter homes.

Our Total Home Protection Plan includes an initial trapping phase followed by complete exclusion work, then transitions into ongoing maintenance with exterior rodent bait stations to prevent future infestations. We never use poison bait inside homes because rodents can die in inaccessible wall voids, creating odor problems that last for weeks. Instead, we focus on humane trapping and permanent exclusion backed by a lifetime warranty when you maintain a pest protection plan with us.

Commercial pest control Tumwater

We protect Tumwater’s commercial properties from rodent infestations with comprehensive control solutions tailored to your business needs. Our rodent management services cover restaurants, warehouses, office buildings, retail spaces, and manufacturing facilities throughout the Tumwater area, including properties near the Capitol Campus and along I-5. We combine strategic trapping programs, exterior bait station monitoring, and thorough exclusion work to eliminate active rodent problems and prevent future issues, ensuring your business maintains health code compliance and protects its reputation in our community.

Our Pricing

Our Pricing & Plans That Fit All Budgets

Our rodent control pricing in Tumwater starts with a comprehensive approach: we offer standalone trapping at $425 for three visits, custom exclusion work that typically averages around $400 (though it can range based on your home's specific needs), or our Total Home Protection Plan at $750 initially plus $61 monthly, which includes both trapping and exclusion before transitioning into ongoing maintenance. We also provide a detailed inspection for $150 that gives you a full property assessment with annotated photos and a breakdown of entry points, or a quicker $50 evaluation if you just need a basic quote. Once we've solved your active rodent problem, we recommend enrolling in our All Seasons Rodent Plan at $175 initially and $41 monthly to keep them from coming back, because without proper exclusion and monitoring, rodents will eventually find their way in again.
