Our Process

Our Process: Effective Rodent Control Solutions for Tacoma Homes

We pride ourselves on a simple, straight forward no-frills process.

You call, we inspect and diagnose

Our process begins with a comprehensive 60-90 minute Peace of Mind inspection, where we meticulously examine every accessible part of your Tacoma property, from the crawlspace to the attic.

We then create a detailed report with annotated photos, identifying specific entry points like compromised vent screens and noting conducive conditions common in a Tacoma summer, such as encroaching vegetation that provides cover for Norway and roof rats.

We treat pests where they live

After the initial inspection, we begin the treatment phase by performing exclusion work to seal entry points and setting a strategic trap network. For example, our team repairs gaps with materials like ¼” hardware cloth and copper mesh, while also placing a network of wooden snap traps in high-traffic areas inside your Tacoma home to eliminate the active infestation.

We report our findings, and create a plan

After completing the trapping and exclusion work, we provide a comprehensive report detailing all findings, entry points sealed, and rodent activity observed throughout your Tacoma property. We then establish an ongoing maintenance plan with quarterly monitoring visits to ensure rodents don’t return during the Pacific Northwest summer months when Norway rats and roof rats remain active searching for food and water.
