Why We're Different: Olympia's Trusted Rodent Experts

We're different than any other pest control company you've worked with.

Service built for families

We use treatments that are mindful around people, pets, and the planet. No foggers. No fumes. No “what’s that smell?”

No contracts. No kidding

Month-to-month means we have to impress you monthly. Like dating, but with fewer pheromones.

Rooted here. Focused here.

We’re not a franchise. We’re Washington grown and Washington focused—so we know the pests, the climate, and how to treat your home like our own.

Our Process

Our Process: Reliable Rodent Control for Olympia Homes

We pride ourselves on a simple, straight forward no-frills process.

You call, we inspect and diagnose

Our process begins with a comprehensive 60-to-90-minute Peace of Mind Inspection where we meticulously examine your entire Olympia property, from the crawlspace and foundation up to the attic and roofline.

We identify active entry points, such as compromised vent screens or gaps where overgrown vegetation meets the siding, which is critical as Norway rats and mice remain active seeking new nesting sites during summer.

We treat pests where they live

We then treat the infestation directly where rodents live and travel, which involves both sealing entry points and setting a strategic network of traps. For example, our exclusion team uses materials like ¼” hardware cloth and copper mesh to seal entry points, while our technicians strategically place a network of snap traps in high-traffic areas like crawlspaces and attics.

We report our findings, and create a plan

After completing the trapping and exclusion work, we provide a comprehensive report detailing all findings, entry points sealed, and rodent activity observed throughout your Olympia property. We then establish an ongoing maintenance plan with quarterly monitoring visits to check bait stations and inspect for new entry points, which is especially important during summer when rodents actively search for food and water sources around Pacific Northwest homes.

We Offer Residential & Commercial Pest Control Options In Olympia

Whether you need pest control for your home or business, we have you covered.

Residential pest control Olympia

Our rodent control service in Olympia tackles rats and mice through a comprehensive approach that combines strategic trapping with permanent exclusion work. We use wooden snap traps and baited glue boards positioned in high-traffic areas throughout your crawlspace, attic, and entry points, while our exterior rodent bait stations provide an additional layer of protection around your home’s perimeter. For example, we seal all entry points with quarter-inch hardware cloth, copper mesh, and pressure-treated materials, then monitor trap activity over multiple visits to ensure complete elimination before transitioning you to ongoing maintenance that includes lifetime warranty coverage on our exclusion work.

We protect Olympia’s commercial properties from rodent infestations with comprehensive solutions tailored to your business needs. Our team services restaurants, office buildings, warehouses, retail spaces, and multi-unit properties throughout the area, understanding that each facility faces unique challenges when it comes to rats and mice. Our Pricing

Our Pricing & Plans That Fit All Budgets

Our rodent control pricing in Olympia starts with a comprehensive approach designed to actually solve the problem, not just set a few traps. We offer standalone trapping services at $425 for three visits, exclusion work that typically averages around $400 (though it can range based on your home's specific needs), or our Total Home Protection Plan at $750 initially plus $61 monthly that includes both trapping and exclusion before transitioning into ongoing maintenance. We believe in transparency, which is why we start with either a quick $50 assessment or a thorough $150 inspection that gives you a detailed report with photos, entry points mapped out, and a clear game plan—because every rodent situation is different, and cookie-cutter pricing just doesn't work when you're dealing with rats or mice that have already made themselves at home.
