About us

We protect Lacey homes with expert rodent control.

When rodents invade your Lacey home this summer, PCI Pest Control delivers comprehensive solutions that go far beyond basic trapping. We start every rodent case with a thorough inspection to identify your specific pest—whether roof rats, Norway rats, or mice—and map out every entry point with detailed photos and documentation.

Our Total Home Protection Plan addresses active infestations with professional-grade snap traps strategically placed throughout your property, plus up to 2.5 hours of exclusion work using ¼” hardware cloth, copper mesh, and pressure-treated materials to seal rodents out for good. What sets us apart in Lacey is our lifetime warranty on exclusion work when you maintain a pest protection plan, meaning if rodents find a new way in during August or any other month, we’ll seal it at no additional charge.

We never use poison bait inside homes—because the last thing you need is a dead rodent decomposing inside your walls for weeks. Instead, we focus on humane trapping, permanent exclusion, and quarterly monitoring with exterior bait stations to keep your Lacey property rodent-free year-round.

Our Process

Our Process: Effective Rodent Control for Lacey Homes

We pride ourselves on a simple, straight forward no-frills process.

You call, we inspect and diagnose

Our process begins with a comprehensive Peace of Mind Inspection where we conduct a full 90-minute property walkthrough, searching for common entry points like compromised crawlspace vents and gaps around siding that Norway and roof rats use as they become more active in the Lacey area.

We then provide you with a detailed report, including annotated photos and a graph of all findings, such as rodent pathways from overgrown vegetation to the roofline, which allows us to create a precise trapping and exclusion plan tailored to your home.

We treat pests where they live

Our second step is to treat rodents where they live by having our exclusion team repair all entry points and strategically setting a network of traps in high-traffic areas. For example, we seal gaps with materials like ¼” hardware cloth and copper mesh, while setting a network of wooden snap traps and baited glue boards inside your home.

We report our findings, and create a plan

After completing our thorough trapping program, we provide you with a detailed report of our findings and observations throughout the service period. We then establish an ongoing maintenance plan, typically our 3-month rodent control program at $62 per month, which includes quarterly monitoring with bait station checks to ensure rodents don’t return through any new entry points that may develop as rodents actively search for food and water during Lacey’s summer conditions.
