Our Process

Our Process: Reliable Pest Control for Pierce County Homes

We pride ourselves on a simple, straight forward no-frills process.

You call, we inspect and diagnose

Our process begins with a comprehensive inspection of your Pierce County home, where we meticulously search from the crawlspace to the attic for entry points and conducive conditions that pests like ants and spiders exploit as the weather warms in August.

We then provide a detailed diagnosis using annotated photos to document any findings, such as evidence of swarming termites or emerging yellowjacket nests, which allows us to create a precise and effective treatment plan.

We treat pests where they live

We then apply targeted treatments directly where pests live, hide, and breed inside and outside your Pierce County home. For example, we may apply residual products to cracks and crevices for cockroaches, dust wall voids for wasps, or use heated Bora-Care on exposed lumber to eliminate wood-boring beetles.

We report our findings, and create a plan

After completing our thorough treatment, we provide you with a detailed report documenting all findings, pest activity levels, and the specific treatments applied to your Pierce County home. We then establish a customized ongoing maintenance schedule to prevent August active ant colonies, emerging spiders, and opportunistic rodents from re-establishing themselves as temperatures warm and these pests become increasingly active throughout the summer season.

Residential pest control Pierce County

Our residential pest control service in Pierce County protects your home from ants, spiders, rodents, stinging insects, and other common Pacific Northwest pests through quarterly treatments and year-round monitoring.
