Our Process

Our Process: Reliable Pest Control for Tenino Homes

We pride ourselves on a simple, straight forward no-frills process.

You call, we inspect and diagnose

Our first step is a meticulous inspection of your Tenino home, where we assess everything from the crawlspace to the eaves for signs of pests that become active in August, like ants and swarming termites.

We then provide a detailed diagnosis, using photos and graphs to pinpoint specific entry points, conducive conditions like encroaching vegetation, and the exact nature of your pest issue.

We treat pests where they live

We then apply targeted treatments directly where pests live, hide, and breed to eliminate the core of the infestation. For example, we may apply residual products to cracks and voids for cockroaches, dust wall voids for wasps, or set a strategic trap network in high-traffic rodent pathways.

We report our findings, and create a plan

After completing our thorough treatment, we provide you with a detailed report documenting all findings, pest activity levels, and the specific treatments applied to your Tenino property. We then establish a customized ongoing maintenance schedule to protect your home year-round from August active ant colonies, emerging spiders, and the yellowjackets that become increasingly aggressive as summer transitions into summer.

FAQs

Tenino pest control FAQs

Questions we get from our customers' and our answers.

Why should Tenino customers review the pest list for their selected plan?

Customers should review the selected plan because coverage is not identical across plans. Common pests may include ants, spiders, stinging insects, rodents, and occasional invaders; other pests require separate service or pricing.

What quarterly maintenance schedule applies in Tenino?

Tenino protection plans use quarterly maintenance visits with monthly recurring billing.

How does the first Tenino visit establish the treatment approach?

The first visit establishes the approach by assessing the reported pest activity, relevant areas, and site conditions before treatment is selected and applied.

What support is available if a covered pest appears between Tenino visits?

An active-plan customer can request a callback for a covered pest that appears between the quarterly visits.

What paid evaluation can be used to obtain a Tenino service quote?

The $50 Pest Control Evaluation is a focused 20 to 30 minute on-site visit that assesses the concern and provides a service quote.
