Our Process

Our Process: Reliable Pest Control for Prosper Homes

We pride ourselves on a simple, straight forward no-frills process.

You call, we inspect and diagnose

Our process begins with a thorough inspection where we examine your entire Prosper property, searching for entry points and conducive conditions that attract pests like termites and scorpions, which become more active in the warm August weather.

We then provide a detailed report with annotated photos, outlining all findings such as termite swarm evidence or scorpion harborage areas, and present a clear plan for treatment.

We treat pests where they live

Next, we apply targeted treatments directly into the areas where pests live, hide, and breed to effectively eliminate the core of the infestation. For example, this could involve dusting wall voids for scorpions, applying professional-grade liquid insecticides along baseboards for cockroaches, or strategically placing bait stations to eliminate a termite colony from your Prosper home.

We report our findings, and create a plan

After completing our thorough inspection and treatment, we provide you with a detailed report of everything we found during our August service visit. We document all pest activity, entry points, and conducive conditions specific to your Prosper property, then create a customized ongoing maintenance plan that addresses the summer surge of ants, spiders, and stinging insects common to North Texas this time of year.

FAQs

Prosper pest control FAQs

Questions we get from our customers' and our answers.

Can pest coverage differ between protection plans in Prosper?

Yes. Coverage differs by plan. Common categories may include ants, spiders, stinging insects, rodents, and occasional invaders, but pests not included in the active plan require separate service or pricing.

How often is ongoing pest service performed in Prosper?

Ongoing protection-plan visits in Prosper are quarterly and recurring charges are billed monthly.

How does PCI decide what to treat at a Prosper first visit?

PCI evaluates the reported concern, signs of activity, relevant areas, and site conditions before selecting treatment for the identified pest and service scope.

Are between-visit callbacks limited to covered pests in Prosper?

Yes. Between-visit callbacks apply when the customer has an active plan and the reported pest is covered by that plan.

What on-site evaluation option is available for Prosper pest concerns?

PCI offers a $50 Pest Control Evaluation for a focused 20 to 30 minute on-site assessment and quote. Some custom services require a more comprehensive inspection.
