Our Process

Our Process: Reliable Pest Control for Plano Homes

We pride ourselves on a simple, straight forward no-frills process.

You call, we inspect and diagnose

Our process begins with a comprehensive Peace of Mind Inspection, where our licensed technicians conduct a full property walkthrough of your Plano home from the attic to the crawlspace.

We meticulously search for signs of pests that become active in the Texas summer, such as termites swarming after August rains or scorpions seeking shelter, and document all entry points, damage, and conducive conditions with detailed photos.

We treat pests where they live

Next, we apply targeted treatments directly where pests live and breed to effectively eliminate the core of the infestation. For example, we may inject foam into wall voids for termites, apply residual dust in attics for scorpions, or use specialized liquids in the cracks and crevices where cockroaches hide.

We report our findings, and create a plan

After completing our thorough inspection and treatment, we provide you with a detailed report documenting all findings, pest activity levels, and the specific treatments applied to your Plano property. We then establish a customized ongoing maintenance schedule to protect your home year-round from August most active pests including fire ants, mosquitoes emerging from summer rains, and rodents seeking shelter as temperatures rise into the Texas heat.

What is the difference between Plano’s service schedule and billing schedule?

Plano protection-plan service is performed quarterly, while recurring plan billing occurs monthly.

What guides treatment decisions during a Plano initial visit?

Treatment decisions are guided by the pest identified, signs of activity, affected areas, property conditions, and the scope of the selected service.

When does PCI provide a no-charge callback in Plano?

PCI provides a callback without a separate service charge when the customer has an active plan and the reported pest is covered by that plan.

Does PCI offer a short on-site evaluation for Plano pest issues?

Yes. The Pest Control Evaluation is a focused 20 to 30 minute on-site visit that costs $50 and is used to assess the issue and provide a quote.
