Our Process

Our Process: Reliable Pest Control for Melissa Homes

We pride ourselves on a simple, straight forward no-frills process.

You call, we inspect and diagnose

Our process begins with a comprehensive property inspection where we meticulously examine your home’s interior, exterior, attic, and crawlspace to diagnose the specific pest pressures you’re facing as temperatures rise in Melissa this summer.

We identify crucial evidence like termite swarm activity after summer rains, scorpion harborage points near your foundation, and the entryways used by resurgent ant colonies to create a precise and effective treatment plan.

We treat pests where they live

Next, we apply targeted treatments directly into the areas where pests live, hide, and breed to eliminate the core of the infestation. For example, we may inject specialized foam into wall voids for termites, apply residual dusts in attics for scorpions, or strategically place bait and traps in high-traffic rodent pathways throughout your home.

We report our findings, and create a plan

After completing our thorough inspection and treatment, we document everything we’ve discovered during your service visit. We provide you with a detailed report that includes the specific pests we found, the treatments we applied, and any conducive conditions around your Melissa property that might attract summer pests like ants and wasps building nests in the warming Texas summer weather. Then we establish your customized ongoing maintenance schedule, which includes quarterly monitoring visits, free callback services if covered pests return between scheduled appointments, and continuous protection against the seasonal pest pressures common to North Texas homes during the active summer and summer months.
