Our Process

Our Process: Reliable Pest Control for Little Elm Homes

We pride ourselves on a simple, straight forward no-frills process.

You call, we inspect and diagnose

Our process begins with a thorough inspection of your entire Little Elm property, from the foundation to the attic, where we identify all potential entry points, damage, and conducive conditions.

For example, we will pinpoint vulnerabilities for pests like termites that swarm after summer rains and identify harborage areas for scorpions seeking cooler spots as summer temperatures climb.

We treat pests where they live

We then apply customized, professional-grade treatments directly to the specific areas where pests live, breed, and travel throughout your property. For example, our licensed technicians may dust wall voids for scorpions, use subsoil injections to create a barrier against Formosan termites, or apply residual sprays into the cracks and crevices where cockroaches hide.

We report our findings, and create a plan

After completing our thorough inspection and treatment, we document everything we’ve discovered during your service visit. We provide you with a detailed report of our findings, including any pest activity we observed, the treatments we applied, and specific recommendations for preventing future issues common to Little Elm homes during August warm, humid conditions when ants, spiders, and mosquitoes become increasingly active. We then establish your personalized ongoing maintenance schedule with quarterly visits that include exterior web sweeping, bait station monitoring, and proactive treatments to keep your home protected year-round, with free callback visits anytime you notice activity between scheduled services.
