About us

The local team dedicated to protecting Chehalis homes.

When pests in Chehalis begin active cycles and emerge from their hidden nesting areas, you need a local team that understands exactly what you’re up against. We’ve been protecting homes throughout the Pacific Northwest for years, and we know that our unique local climate drives everything from carpenter ants to roof rats to look for a way inside your home.

What sets us apart is our comprehensive approach and our commitment to doing things right the first time. For example, our Total Home Protection Plan doesn’t just set a few traps and call it done. We provide a full 60-90 minute Peace of Mind inspection with annotated photos, complete 2.5 hours of exclusion work to seal entry points, and then transition you into ongoing quarterly maintenance so rodents never come back. We back our exclusion work with a lifetime warranty when you stay on a service plan, because we’re that confident in our craftsmanship.

We also believe in transparency and flexibility. Our All Seasons Protection Plan covers all common PNW pests except the big ones that need specialized treatment, and you’ll get free callback visits between your quarterly services if anything pops up. Whether you’re dealing with an active infestation that needs our THPP approach or you just want preventative quarterly monitoring with our ASRP plan, we’ll match the service to your actual needs, not upsell you on something you don’t require.

Our Process

Our Process: Reliable Pest Control for Chehalis Homes

We pride ourselves on a simple, straight forward no-frills process.

You call, we inspect and diagnose

Our process begins with a comprehensive Peace of Mind inspection, where we meticulously examine your entire property from the crawlspace to the attic, searching for the specific vulnerabilities that pests exploit during the Chehalis summer.

For example, we will pinpoint how ants are using overgrown vegetation for access after summer growth or identify compromised vent screens that allow rodents to enter, providing a detailed diagnosis with photos to create a targeted treatment plan.

We treat pests where they live

Our second step involves applying targeted treatments directly to the areas where pests live, hide, and travel. For example, we may apply residual products to cracks and voids for cockroaches, set a strategic trap network for rodents in their high-traffic pathways, or apply specialized dusts directly into a wasp nest.

We report our findings, and create a plan

After completing our thorough inspection and treatment, we provide you with a detailed report documenting all findings, pest activity levels, and the specific treatments applied to your Chehalis property. We then establish a customized ongoing maintenance plan that includes quarterly monitoring to stay ahead of August active ant colonies, emerging spiders, and the yellowjackets that become increasingly aggressive as summer transitions into summer across Lewis County.
