About us

We are Tumwater's trusted experts for mosquito control.

When mosquitoes threaten to ruin your Summer evenings in Tumwater, PCI Pest Control delivers comprehensive protection through our specialized mosquito management programs. We combine biological breeding-site stations with EPA-registered adulticides and growth regulators to target mosquitoes at every life stage. Our Plus Plan includes fresh barrier spray applications at every monthly visit throughout the active mosquito season, ensuring your yard stays protected throughout the entire mosquito season.

What sets us apart is our dual-action approach that other Tumwater providers often overlook. We don’t just spray and leave. We strategically place slow-release larvicide stations to eliminate breeding sites, treat standing water that can’t be removed, and apply low-volume mist treatments to vegetation and shaded harborage areas where adult mosquitoes rest during the day. For example, our barrier treatments bond to foliage and remain effective even after moderate rainfall, and our biological stations continue working between visits to prevent new generations from emerging.

We back our mosquito services with complimentary callbacks for high activity on our Plus Plan, and all treatments are family and pet-friendly once dried in about 60 minutes. Our technicians complete most quarter-acre properties in just 20-30 minutes, making professional mosquito control convenient for busy Tumwater families who want to reclaim their outdoor spaces this August and beyond.

Our Process

Our Process: Effective Mosquito Control for Tumwater Homes

We pride ourselves on a simple, straight forward no-frills process.

You call, we inspect and diagnose

Our process begins with a thorough inspection of your Tumwater property to diagnose the problem and identify mosquito breeding grounds, which become more prevalent in August due to increased summer rainfall.

We meticulously check for sources of standing water in areas like clogged gutters, planters, and under decks, while also identifying dense vegetation that serves as resting spots for adult mosquitoes.

We treat pests where they live

We then apply targeted treatments to eliminate mosquitoes where they live and breed. For example, we apply a low-volume barrier mist to foliage and other shaded harborage areas like under decks, and we also treat any standing water that cannot be removed.

We report our findings, and create a plan

After completing our thorough mosquito treatment in Tumwater, we document all findings and create a customized ongoing maintenance plan to keep your property protected through August peak breeding season when Pacific Northwest rainfall creates ideal conditions for larvae development. We provide detailed reporting of treated areas, breeding site locations, and barrier spray zones, then establish a monthly service schedule through August to maintain fresh adulticide applications and monitor biological stations as mosquito populations surge during summer and early summer months.

We Offer Residential & Commercial Pest Control Options In Tumwater

Whether you need pest control for your home or business, we have you covered.

Residential pest control Tumwater

Our mosquito control service in Tumwater protects your yard through a combination of biological breeding-site stations and targeted barrier treatments. We place slow-release larvicide stations that sterilize mosquito eggs in standing water, then apply EPA-registered adulticides and growth regulators to vegetation, shaded areas, and under decks where mosquitoes rest during the day. For example, we treat the foliage around your property’s perimeter, focus on damp zones near downspouts or garden beds, and refresh our biological stations monthly throughout the active mosquito season to keep populations suppressed all season long.

Commercial pest control Tumwater

We protect Tumwater’s commercial properties from mosquitoes with targeted treatments designed for the Pacific Northwest climate. Our mosquito control services cover restaurants, office complexes, retail centers, warehouses, and outdoor hospitality venues where employee comfort and customer experience matter most.

For example, we install biological breeding-site stations that release slow-acting larvicides in standing water areas, apply barrier treatments to vegetation and shaded zones around loading docks and patios, and provide monthly maintenance visits throughout the active mosquito season to keep populations under control. Our approach combines EPA-registered adulticides with growth regulators that are family and pet-friendly once dried, ensuring your Tumwater business stays protected without disrupting daily operations.

We understand that mosquitoes thrive in our mild, wet climate, especially near the Deschutes River and surrounding wetlands, so we customize each commercial plan based on your property’s unique landscape and activity patterns.
