Our Process

Our Process: Effective Mosquito Control for Spanaway Homes

We pride ourselves on a simple, straight forward no-frills process.

You call, we inspect and diagnose

Our process begins with a comprehensive exterior inspection of your Spanaway property, as rising summer temperatures and August showers create ideal breeding grounds for mosquitoes in standing water.

We meticulously check for these conducive conditions, diagnosing all potential habitats by examining areas like clogged gutters, birdbaths, dense foliage, and under decks to build a targeted treatment plan.

We treat pests where they live

We then apply a barrier treatment to the areas where mosquitoes live and rest, directly targeting the adult population on your property. For example, our technicians use a low-volume mist on foliage, in shaded zones, and underneath decks to effectively control mosquitoes where they harbor during the day.

We report our findings, and create a plan

After completing our thorough mosquito treatment in Spanaway, we document all findings and create a customized ongoing maintenance plan to keep your property protected through August peak breeding season when Pacific Northwest rainfall creates ideal conditions for these pests. We provide detailed reports of treated areas and standing water sources while establishing a monthly service schedule that includes biological breeding-site station maintenance and barrier reapplication to ensure your outdoor spaces remain comfortable as summer transitions into summer.
