About us

Meet your local team of Olympia mosquito experts.

When Summer arrives in Olympia and mosquitoes start emerging, PCI Pest Control is ready with comprehensive solutions designed specifically for Pacific Northwest conditions. We combine biological breeding-site stations with EPA-registered barrier treatments to target mosquitoes at every life stage, from larvae in standing water to adults seeking harborage in your yard’s shaded areas.

Our mosquito control plans include monthly service visits throughout the active mosquito season, with options for both standard biological maintenance and our Plus Plan that adds fresh barrier spray at every visit. For example, we strategically place slow-release larvicide stations around your property while treating vegetation, under decks, and other mosquito hotspots with professional-grade adulticides and growth regulators that remain effective even after moderate rainfall.

What sets us apart in the Olympia area is our understanding of local mosquito behavior and breeding patterns throughout the wet Summer months and beyond. We provide complimentary callbacks on our Plus Plan if you experience high activity between scheduled visits, and our treatments are family and pet-friendly once dried in about 60 minutes, giving you peace of mind along with effective mosquito relief all season long.

Our Process

Our Process: Effective Mosquito Control for Olympia Homes

We pride ourselves on a simple, straight forward no-frills process.

You call, we inspect and diagnose

Our process begins with a thorough inspection of your Olympia property, where we diagnose all potential mosquito breeding habitats that emerge with the damp summer weather.

We then treat sources of standing water, such as in birdbaths or clogged gutters, and apply a low-volume mist to surrounding vegetation where adult mosquitoes rest.

We treat pests where they live

Next, we apply targeted treatments where mosquitoes live and breed to disrupt their life cycle. For example, we treat standing water that cannot be removed and apply a low-volume barrier mist to areas where adult mosquitoes rest, such as foliage, shaded zones, and underneath decks.

We report our findings, and create a plan

After completing our thorough mosquito treatment in August, we provide you with a detailed report of our findings and the specific areas we targeted around your Olympia property. We then establish a customized ongoing maintenance schedule that runs monthly through August, ensuring your yard stays protected during the peak Pacific Northwest mosquito season when warming summer temperatures and frequent August rainfall create ideal breeding conditions.
