Our Process

Our Process: Reliable Pest Control for Denton County

We pride ourselves on a simple, straight forward no-frills process.

You call, we inspect and diagnose

Our process begins with a comprehensive inspection of your Denton County property to accurately diagnose the specific pest pressures you are facing.

During the summer month of August, we meticulously search for common local threats like swarming termites after recent rains and scorpions seeking entry, identifying all potential entry points, moisture issues, and other conducive conditions that attract them to your home.

We treat pests where they live

We then apply targeted treatments directly where pests live and breed to eliminate the infestation at its source. For example, we may apply Alpine WSG into kitchen cabinet voids for cockroaches, dust attic spaces for scorpions, or inject foam directly into infested wood to eliminate drywood termites.

We report our findings, and create a plan

After completing our thorough inspection and treatment, we document everything we’ve discovered during your service visit. We provide you with a detailed report of our findings, including any pest activity observed, treatments applied, and specific recommendations for addressing conducive conditions common to Denton County homes in August, such as moisture issues that attract summertime ants and the vegetation management needed to deter wasps as they become more active. We then establish your customized ongoing maintenance schedule with quarterly visits to ensure long-term protection against the seasonal pests that emerge throughout North Texas, while offering free callback visits between scheduled services if any covered pest issues arise.
