Our Process

Our Process: Reliable Pest Control for Collin County

We pride ourselves on a simple, straight forward no-frills process.

You call, we inspect and diagnose

Our process begins with a meticulous inspection where we diagnose the root cause of your pest issue by examining the entire property, from the attic down to the foundation.

For Collin County homes in August, this means we are specifically searching for evidence of termite swarms triggered by summer rains and identifying entry points for scorpions trying to escape the building heat.

We treat pests where they live

We then apply targeted treatments directly into the areas where pests live, breed, and travel, ensuring we reach the core of the infestation. For example, we might inject foam into wall voids for termites, dust attics and plumbing access points for scorpions, or apply residual products into the cracks and crevices where cockroaches hide.

We report our findings, and create a plan

After completing our thorough inspection and treatment, we provide you with a detailed report documenting all findings, pest activity levels, and the specific treatments applied to your Collin County property. We then establish a customized ongoing maintenance schedule to protect your home year-round from August active summer pests like ants, spiders, and the emerging mosquito populations common in North Texas during this humid season.
