Our Process

Our Process: Effective Cockroach Control for Tumwater Homes

We pride ourselves on a simple, straight forward no-frills process.

You call, we inspect and diagnose

Our process begins with a meticulous inspection to identify the specific species, which in Tumwater are typically German cockroaches, and to pinpoint their primary hiding spots.

We thoroughly check common harborages like kitchens and bathrooms for moisture sources and conducive conditions, which are often amplified by the damp Pacific Northwest summer weather.

We treat pests where they live

After identifying the species and key harborages, we apply powerful residual products like Alpine WSG directly into the cracks, voids, and hotspots where cockroaches hide. For example, we will use flushing agents such as CB-80 to force pests out from their hiding spots behind appliances, inside cabinets, and within wall voids for a more thorough elimination.

We report our findings, and create a plan

After completing treatment, we document all findings and create a customized ongoing maintenance plan to keep your Tumwater home cockroach-free through August warming temperatures when German cockroaches become increasingly active. Our detailed report includes photos of treated areas, harborage points we addressed, and specific recommendations for moisture control around your kitchen and bathrooms, which is especially important during summer when Pacific Northwest humidity can create ideal breeding conditions if left unchecked.
