Our Process

Our Process: Effective Cockroach Control Solutions in Tacoma

We pride ourselves on a simple, straight forward no-frills process.

You call, we inspect and diagnose

Our process begins with a comprehensive inspection to correctly identify the species, which are typically German cockroaches that become more active in Tacoma’s warm summer weather.

We then diagnose the infestation by locating their primary hiding spots and moisture sources, such as behind refrigerators, inside kitchen cabinets, and under bathroom sinks.

We treat pests where they live

We apply professional-grade residual products like Alpine WSG and flushing agents such as CB-80 directly into the cracks, voids, and hotspots where cockroaches live and hide. For example, we meticulously treat inside cabinets, behind appliances, under sinks, and within wall voids in kitchens and bathrooms to eliminate the infestation at its source.

We report our findings, and create a plan

After completing treatment, we provide a detailed report of our findings specific to your Tacoma property, documenting the cockroach species identified, harborage locations discovered, and the moisture or sanitation conditions common in August mild Pacific Northwest summer that may have contributed to the infestation. We then establish an ongoing post-treatment plan that includes two follow-up visits spaced approximately one week apart to monitor progress, re-treat any remaining activity, and ensure the German cockroaches haven’t rebounded as temperatures warm and outdoor activity increases throughout the Tacoma area.
