Our Process

Our Process: Effective Cockroach Control for Olympia Homes

We pride ourselves on a simple, straight forward no-frills process.

You call, we inspect and diagnose

Our process begins with a meticulous inspection to diagnose the infestation, which is critical as cockroach activity often surges in Olympia with the warmer summer weather in August.

We identify the specific species, usually German cockroaches, and then pinpoint their primary hiding spots and moisture sources in common areas like kitchens, bathrooms, and behind appliances.

We treat pests where they live

We apply powerful residual products like Alpine WSG and Phantom directly into cracks, voids, and other hotspots where cockroaches live and breed. For example, we use flushing agents like CB-80 to drive cockroaches out from hiding behind appliances or inside wall voids, ensuring our treatment reaches the entire population.

We report our findings, and create a plan

After completing treatment, we provide a detailed report documenting all cockroach activity found, the specific areas treated, and the products applied throughout your Olympia home. We then establish an ongoing monitoring plan with follow-up visits scheduled approximately one week apart, which is especially important during August when warming temperatures and increased humidity in the Pacific Northwest can accelerate German cockroach reproduction cycles if any survivors remain.
