Our Process

Our Process: Effective Cockroach Control for Lakewood Homes

We pride ourselves on a simple, straight forward no-frills process.

You call, we inspect and diagnose

Our process begins with a thorough inspection to correctly identify the species, which is typically the German cockroach in Lakewood homes, and locate their primary hiding spots as activity increases with the August warmth.

We then diagnose the infestation’s severity by searching for harborages and moisture sources in common areas like behind appliances, under sinks, and within wall voids to determine the most effective treatment strategy.

We treat pests where they live

Our second step involves applying professional-grade residual products and flushing agents directly into the cracks, voids, and hotspots where cockroaches live and breed. For example, we use products like Alpine WSG and CB-80 to treat behind appliances, inside cabinets, under sinks, and within wall voids to eliminate the infestation at its source.

We report our findings, and create a plan

After completing our thorough treatment, we document all findings and create a detailed report of the cockroach activity we discovered in your Lakewood home. We then establish an ongoing post-treatment plan that includes two follow-up visits spaced about a week apart, which is especially important during August when warming temperatures can accelerate German cockroach reproduction cycles, and we provide specific guidance on maintaining the dry conditions and sanitation practices that prevent re-infestation in our humid Pacific Northwest summer climate.
