About us

We are your trusted Lacey cockroach control experts.

When cockroaches invade your Lacey home this Summer, PCI Pest Control delivers the comprehensive solution you need with our specialized three-visit treatment program. We understand that German cockroaches require more than a single spray, which is why our $595 package includes an initial treatment plus two strategic follow-ups spaced about a week apart to target multiple life stages and ensure complete elimination.

What sets us apart in the Lacey area is our thorough approach using professional-grade products like Alpine WSG and Phantom that we apply to every crack, crevice, and harborage area where cockroaches hide. We don’t just treat what’s visible. We use flushing agents to drive insects from their hiding spots, place monitoring traps to track activity, and provide detailed guidance on the preparation steps that make treatments truly effective.

Our August service calls in Lacey often reveal that cockroach problems stem from moisture issues and food sources in kitchens and bathrooms, and we address these root causes while eliminating the infestation. For example, we’ll identify leaks under sinks, treat wall voids behind appliances, and show you exactly how to maintain a cockroach-free environment long after our visits are complete.

Our Process

Our Process: Effective Cockroach Control in Lacey, WA

We pride ourselves on a simple, straight forward no-frills process.

You call, we inspect and diagnose

Our process begins with a thorough inspection to correctly identify the species, which are typically German cockroaches in Lacey, as they become more active with the warm summer weather.

We then meticulously search for their hiding spots and breeding grounds, checking behind appliances, inside cabinets, and under sinks to diagnose the specific moisture and sanitation conditions attracting them.

We treat pests where they live

We apply professional-grade residual products and flushing agents directly into the cracks, voids, and hotspots where cockroaches live and hide. For example, we meticulously treat areas behind appliances, inside cabinets, under sinks, and within wall voids to eliminate pests at their source.

We report our findings, and create a plan

After completing treatment, we provide a detailed report of our findings and document all cockroach activity, harborage areas, and conducive conditions discovered during your Lacey service. We then establish an ongoing post-treatment plan that includes two follow-up visits spaced about one week apart to monitor progress and re-treat as needed, which is especially important during August when warming temperatures and increased moisture from summer rains can create ideal breeding conditions for German cockroaches in kitchens and bathrooms.
