Our Process

Our Process: Effective Carpet Beetle Treatment in Tumwater

We pride ourselves on a simple, straight forward no-frills process.

You call, we inspect and diagnose

Our first step is a meticulous inspection of your Tumwater home, where we investigate common hiding spots like wall voids, cupboards, and closets to diagnose the extent of the carpet beetle activity.

Since carpet beetles in the summer often indicate a prior rodent issue, we search for the primary food source, such as contaminated stored garments or natural fiber carpets, to ensure we eliminate the problem at its origin.

We treat pests where they live

We conduct a thorough treatment of all active rooms and other interior areas as needed, focusing on the places where carpet beetles live and breed. For example, we apply targeted treatments inside wall voids, within cupboards, under appliances, and around closets where these pests often hide in garments or stored materials.

We report our findings, and create a plan

In the third step of our carpet beetle treatment process, we provide a detailed report of our findings, including the source of the infestation (often linked to rodent activity common in Tumwater’s summer season) and any conducive conditions like stored woolens or natural fibers that attract these pests during August warmer temperatures. We then establish an ongoing post-treatment monitoring plan, which includes follow-up inspections to ensure no new larvae emerge and recommendations for preventing future infestations as carpet beetles become more active throughout the Pacific Northwest summer months.

Service Types

We Offer Residential & Commercial Pest Control Options In Tumwater

Whether you need pest control for your home or business, we have you covered.

Residential pest control Tumwater

We treat carpet beetle infestations with a comprehensive approach that targets both the adult beetles and their larvae where they hide. Our technicians apply residual insecticides to active rooms, focusing on wall voids, cupboards, under appliances, and closet areas where these pests commonly nest. For example, we investigate the source of the infestation by examining stored garments, carpeting, and natural fiber materials that carpet beetle larvae feed on, then treat those specific areas along with the rest of your interior as needed to prevent spread.

Our carpet beetle treatment is priced at $325 as a one-time service, or it’s included at no additional cost if you’re enrolled in our All Seasons Insect Plan, All Seasons Protection Plan, or All Seasons Protection Plan Plus. We back our work with a re-treat guarantee, so if you see continued activity after our initial service, we’ll return to address it. Since carpet beetles often appear as a secondary pest following rodent activity, we also inspect for underlying issues that may have attracted them to your Tumwater home in the first place.

Commercial pest control Tumwater

We protect Tumwater’s commercial properties from carpet beetle infestations with targeted treatments designed for the unique needs of local businesses. Our service covers office buildings, retail stores, restaurants, warehouses, and property management facilities throughout the area, where carpet beetles often hide in storage rooms, break areas, and HVAC systems.

We start with a thorough inspection to locate the source of the infestation, whether it’s in stored materials, carpeting, or wall voids. Then we apply professional-grade treatments to active areas and provide follow-up service to ensure complete elimination.

For Tumwater business owners, we understand that pest issues need to be resolved quickly and discreetly to minimize disruption to your operations and protect your reputation with customers.
