Our Process

Our Process: Effective Carpet Beetle Treatment in Olympia

We pride ourselves on a simple, straight forward no-frills process.

You call, we inspect and diagnose

Our process begins with a comprehensive inspection to diagnose the infestation’s source, as carpet beetles in Olympia often signal a hidden issue like a rodent nest that became active during the summer.

We meticulously examine specific areas such as closets with woolen garments, spaces beneath kitchen appliances, and wall voids to pinpoint the breeding grounds and assess the damage.

We treat pests where they live

We apply a thorough treatment to all active rooms, targeting the specific areas where carpet beetles live and breed. For example, we treat inside wall voids, within cupboards, underneath appliances, and directly on affected carpets or stored garments to eliminate the infestation at its source.

We report our findings, and create a plan

In the third step of our carpet beetle treatment process, we provide a detailed report of our findings, including the source of the infestation (often linked to rodent activity common during Olympia’s summer conditions) and all areas treated throughout your home. We then establish an ongoing post-treatment monitoring plan to prevent re-infestation, which is especially important during summer when carpet beetle larvae become more active in Pacific Northwest homes, ensuring your property remains protected with our re-treat guarantee and follow-up support.
