Our Process

Our Process: Effective Boxelder Bug Control in Lacey

We pride ourselves on a simple, straight forward no-frills process.

You call, we inspect and diagnose

Our process begins with a comprehensive inspection of your Lacey home’s exterior, where we identify the sunny south and west-facing walls that boxelder bugs are drawn to as the weather warms up in August.

We then meticulously document potential entry points, such as gaps in siding or cracks around window frames, to diagnose the problem and create a targeted treatment strategy.

We treat pests where they live

We apply a targeted residual insecticide treatment directly where boxelder bugs live and congregate on your home’s exterior. For example, we focus applications on sunny south and west-facing walls, window sills, door frames, and any cracks or crevices the bugs use to gain entry.

We report our findings, and create a plan

After completing our thorough treatment, we document all findings and create a detailed report of the boxelder bug activity we discovered around your Lacey property. We then establish an ongoing monitoring plan that’s especially important during August when these pests become increasingly active as temperatures warm and they seek out sunny exterior walls and potential entry points into your home.

We Offer Residential & Commercial Pest Control Options In Lacey

Whether you need pest control for your home or business, we have you covered.

Residential pest control Lacey

Our boxelder bug control service in Lacey targets these seasonal invaders with a comprehensive approach that keeps them from clustering on your home’s sunny exterior walls and sneaking indoors. We apply residual liquid insecticides to foundation perimeters, entry points, and common gathering spots like south-facing siding and window frames where boxelder bugs congregate throughout summer. For example, we treat eaves, door thresholds, and utility penetrations while also sweeping away existing bugs and sealing minor gaps to reduce future access points.

This treatment is included in our All Seasons Protection Plan (ASPP), All Seasons Insect Plan (ASIP), and All Seasons Protection Plan Plus (ASPP+), with free callback visits if boxelder bugs return between your quarterly services. We also offer one-time treatments starting at $325 for homeowners who prefer addressing the issue as it arises rather than maintaining year-round coverage.

Our technicians focus on both immediate knockdown and long-term prevention, applying products that create a protective barrier while addressing the conducive conditions that attract these pests to your property in the first place.

Commercial pest control Lacey

We protect Lacey’s commercial properties from boxelder bug invasions with targeted treatments designed for the unique needs of local businesses. Our team services office buildings, retail centers, warehouses, restaurants, and multi-unit properties throughout the area, understanding that these seasonal pests can quickly become a nuisance when they congregate on sun-facing walls and find their way indoors throughout summer. We combine exterior perimeter treatments with interior monitoring to keep boxelder bugs from disrupting your operations, and our quarterly maintenance plans ensure your property stays protected year-round with free callbacks if activity returns between scheduled visits.
