Our Process

Our Process: Effective Bed Bug Treatment in Tumwater

We pride ourselves on a simple, straight forward no-frills process.

You call, we inspect and diagnose

Our process begins with a meticulous inspection to confirm a live infestation, which is critical in Tumwater as summer travel and warmer weather can increase bed bug activity.

We thoroughly examine cracks, crevices, furniture seams, and mattresses, as finding even one live bug confirms an active problem requiring immediate treatment.

We treat pests where they live

We apply specialized products like Transport Mikron directly into the cracks, crevices, and voids where bed bugs live and travel. For example, our technicians meticulously treat areas such as furniture seams, bed frames, baseboards, and mattresses to ensure comprehensive coverage.

We report our findings, and create a plan

After completing our thorough bed bug treatment in your Tumwater home, we provide a detailed report of our findings and create a customized post-treatment monitoring plan. This third step is critical during August in the Pacific Northwest, as warming summer temperatures can accelerate bed bug reproduction cycles, making follow-up inspections within 5-7 days essential to catch any newly hatched nymphs before they mature. We establish a 60-day warranty period with scheduled check-ins, ensuring your home remains bed bug-free as Tumwater transitions into the more active pest season, and we provide specific guidance on when you can safely launder linens and resume normal activities in treated areas.

Service Types

We Offer Residential & Commercial Pest Control Options In Tumwater

Whether you need pest control for your home or business, we have you covered.

Residential pest control Tumwater

We tackle bed bug infestations in Tumwater with a comprehensive treatment approach that requires zero preparation from you. Our process begins with a thorough inspection to identify live bugs and their hiding spots, followed by precise application of Transport Mikron to all cracks, crevices, furniture seams, bed frames, baseboards, and mattresses where bed bugs shelter and breed. We then deploy secondary treatments including ULV fogging with Pyrethrin and Nuvan aerosol as a flushing agent to ensure complete coverage throughout the affected rooms.

For example, we treat every potential harborage area from your box springs and headboards to the tiniest gaps in your baseboards, using our specialized equipment to reach places bed bugs hide that you can’t easily access. After treatment, we ask that you keep the space unoccupied for 4 to 6 hours, then schedule a follow-up visit in 5 to 7 days if we detected eggs or nymphs during our initial inspection. Our treatments come with a 60-day warranty once we confirm a negative inspection, giving you confidence that your bed bug problem is truly resolved.

Commercial pest control Tumwater

We provide comprehensive bed bug treatments for Tumwater’s commercial properties, including hotels, apartment complexes, office buildings, healthcare facilities, and multi-family housing. Our approach requires no preparation from your staff or tenants because we handle all necessary adjustments during service, minimizing disruption to your business operations. We use a multi-product treatment process with Transport Mikron, ULV fogging with Pyrethrin, and targeted applications to all potential harborage areas, backed by our 60-day warranty after a negative inspection confirms elimination.
