About us

McKinney's trusted experts for fast, no-prep bed bug control.

When bed bugs invade your McKinney home this Summer, PCI Pest Control delivers fast, effective treatment without the hassle of extensive preparation. Unlike other companies that require you to bag belongings and strip furniture, we handle everything as-is—no prep work needed on your part.

Our proven bed bug elimination process combines targeted application of Transport Mikron to every crack, crevice, and hiding spot with secondary ULV fogging using professional-grade Pyrethrin, ensuring complete coverage throughout your bedroom. We back our work with a 60-day warranty after achieving a negative inspection, and our August treatment schedule means you can reclaim peaceful sleep before the Texas heat arrives.

With custom pricing based on your specific infestation level (light activity treatments starting around $300 per bedroom) and follow-up visits at just 20% of the initial cost, we make professional bed bug control accessible for McKinney families who refuse to let these pests take over their homes.

Our Process

Our Process: Expert Bed Bug Treatment McKinney Trusts

We pride ourselves on a simple, straight forward no-frills process.

You call, we inspect and diagnose

Our first step is a meticulous inspection where we search for live bed bugs in common hiding spots like bed frames, furniture seams, and baseboards to confirm a positive infestation.

With McKinney residents often traveling as the weather warms in August, this professional diagnosis is crucial to differentiate bed bugs from other pests and develop the correct treatment plan.

We treat pests where they live

Our second step involves a direct and comprehensive treatment of all areas where bed bugs live, hide, and travel throughout your McKinney home. For example, we meticulously apply products like Transport Mikron to cracks, crevices, furniture seams, and bed frames, and often utilize a secondary ULV fogging application to ensure total coverage.

We report our findings, and create a plan

After completing our thorough bed bug inspection and treatment in McKinney, we document all findings with detailed notes and photos showing exactly where activity was detected and what we treated. We then establish a customized follow-up schedule, typically returning in 5-7 days during August when warmer Texas temperatures can accelerate egg hatching, ensuring we catch any newly emerged nymphs before they mature and continue the cycle.

We Offer Residential & Commercial Pest Control Options In McKinney

Whether you need pest control for your home or business, we have you covered.

Residential pest control McKinney

We take bed bug elimination seriously in McKinney, using a multi-layered approach that doesn’t require you to prep your home beforehand. Our treatment process combines Transport Mikron applied to all the critical hiding spots like cracks, crevices, furniture seams, bed frames, and baseboards, followed by secondary ULV fogging with Pyrethrin to ensure comprehensive coverage throughout the treatment area. For example, we use Nuvan aerosol as a flushing agent to drive bed bugs out of their hiding places, and we apply Transport Mikron via ULV technology to penetrate even the toughest-to-reach crack and crevice areas where these pests love to hide.

Commercial pest control McKinney

We provide comprehensive bed bug treatment for McKinney’s commercial properties, including hotels, apartment complexes, office buildings, retail stores, and healthcare facilities. Our approach requires zero preparation from your staff or tenants—we handle all necessary adjustments to furniture and belongings during treatment, minimizing disruption to your business operations. We apply Transport Mikron to all potential harborage areas, follow with ULV fogging using Pyrethrin, and back our work with a 60-day warranty after confirming elimination, giving McKinney business owners the confidence that comes with thorough, professional bed bug control.
