Our Process

Our Process: Expert Bed Bug Treatment in Lakewood WA

We pride ourselves on a simple, straight forward no-frills process.

You call, we inspect and diagnose

Our first step is a meticulous Peace of Mind Inspection where our licensed technicians thoroughly examine your Lakewood home to diagnose the extent of the bed bug activity.

We search for live bugs in hiding spots like mattress seams and furniture crevices, a critical diagnostic as increased travel during the Washington summer can often lead to bringing these pests home.

We treat pests where they live

We apply a comprehensive treatment directly to the areas where bed bugs live, hide, and travel. For example, our technicians apply products like Transport Mikron to cracks, crevices, furniture seams, and mattresses, and may use a secondary ULV fogging with Pyrethrin to ensure complete coverage.

We report our findings, and create a plan

In the third step of our bed bug treatment process, we provide a comprehensive report of our findings and create a customized ongoing post-treatment plan to ensure your Lakewood home remains bed bug-free throughout August warmer weather when these pests become more active. We schedule a follow-up inspection within 5-7 days to monitor for any remaining eggs or nymphs that may have hatched, and if activity is detected, we provide additional treatments at just 20% of the initial cost, backed by our 60-day warranty that guarantees your home stays protected as summer transitions into summer.

We Offer Residential & Commercial Pest Control Options In Lakewood

Whether you need pest control for your home or business, we have you covered.

Residential pest control Lakewood

We take bed bug elimination seriously in Lakewood, using a multi-layered approach that doesn’t require you to prep your home beforehand. Our technicians apply Transport Mikron to all the critical areas where bed bugs hide, including cracks, crevices, furniture seams, bed frames, baseboards, and mattresses, then follow up with secondary ULV fogging using Pyrethrin and Nuvan aerosol as a flushing agent to ensure we reach bed bugs in every stage of development. For example, we treat not just the obvious spots like your bed frame and mattress, but also behind electrical outlets, inside furniture joints, and along carpet edges where these pests commonly travel and hide.

After treatment, we ask that you keep the home unoccupied for 4 to 6 hours to allow products to dry and work effectively. We provide a 60-day warranty once we confirm a negative inspection, and if eggs or nymphs are present during our initial visit, we schedule a follow-up in 5 to 7 days to catch any newly hatched bed bugs before they mature.

Our pricing is customized based on the severity of your infestation and the number of rooms affected. Typically, low activity treatments start around $300 per bedroom, with follow-up visits priced at 20% of the initial treatment cost to ensure complete elimination.

Commercial pest control Lakewood

We provide comprehensive bed bug treatment services for commercial properties throughout Lakewood, including hotels, apartment complexes, office buildings, retail stores, and healthcare facilities. Our approach requires no preparation from your staff or tenants because we handle all necessary adjustments during treatment, minimizing disruption to your business operations. We apply Transport Mikron to all potential harborage areas, follow up with ULV fogging using Pyrethrin, and include a 60-day warranty after confirming elimination, giving Lakewood business owners complete peace of mind.
