Our Process

Our Process: Reliable Ant Control Solutions for Tacoma

We pride ourselves on a simple, straight forward no-frills process.

You call, we inspect and diagnose

Our process begins with a thorough inspection to diagnose the specific ant species and locate their nests, which is critical as ants become highly active in Tacoma during the damp summer weather.

We meticulously examine your property for entry points, such as cracks in the foundation or gaps around window sills, and identify conducive conditions like encroaching vegetation that provide a bridge for ants into your home.

We treat pests where they live

We then apply targeted treatments directly to the ant colonies and the high-traffic pathways they use, ensuring we address the infestation at its source. For example, we may use professional-grade dusts inside wall voids, apply residual liquid insecticides along your home’s foundation, and place specialized gel baits in hidden areas to eliminate the entire colony.

We report our findings, and create a plan

After completing our thorough inspection and treatment, we provide you with a detailed report documenting all findings, pest activity levels, and the specific treatments applied to your Tacoma property. We then establish a customized ongoing maintenance schedule perfectly timed for August increased ant activity in the Pacific Northwest, ensuring your home stays protected as warmer summer weather brings these pests out in full force.

We Offer Residential & Commercial Pest Control Options In Tacoma

Whether you need pest control for your home or business, we have you covered.

Residential pest control Tacoma

Our ant control service in Tacoma uses a targeted approach combining liquid residual insecticides and specialized dust applications to eliminate colonies at their source. We treat both the interior and exterior of your home, focusing on entry points, baseboards, and the areas where ants are most active. For example, we apply products like Alpine WSG or Phantom to cracks and crevices where ants travel, while using granular treatments around your foundation and landscape beds to create a protective barrier that stops them before they get inside. We include ant control in all of our pest protection plans, which means you get quarterly treatments with free callbacks if ants return between visits. Our technicians also sweep away spider webs, check rodent bait stations, and monitor for other common Pacific Northwest pests during each service. For one-time ant treatments, we charge $325 and provide a 30-day re-treat guarantee, though most Tacoma homeowners find that enrolling in our All Seasons Protection Plan gives them year-round peace of mind against ants and dozens of other pests.

Commercial pest control Tacoma

We provide comprehensive ant control services for Tacoma’s diverse commercial properties, including restaurants, office buildings, warehouses, retail spaces, and multi-unit housing complexes. Our approach starts with a thorough inspection to identify ant species and entry points, followed by targeted treatments using professional-grade products applied to baseboards, cracks, and exterior foundations where ants commonly travel. We back our commercial services with free callbacks between scheduled visits and can customize treatment schedules to minimize disruption to your Tacoma business operations, whether you’re located near the Port of Tacoma’s industrial corridor or in the downtown commercial district.
