Our Process

Our Process: Reliable Ant Control Solutions for Puyallup Homes

We pride ourselves on a simple, straight forward no-frills process.

You call, we inspect and diagnose

Our process begins with a thorough inspection of your Puyallup property to diagnose the specific ant species, as different types become active in the summer and require unique treatments.

For example, we trace ant trails from your foundation to their nests and identify entry points around kitchens or bathrooms, which are common problem areas as ants forage for food and water in August.

We treat pests where they live

We apply advanced, low-impact products to the exterior foundation, entry points, and known ant trails to create a protective barrier around your Puyallup home. For example, we may use a non-repellent liquid spray around the perimeter and apply precision dusts or targeted baits inside wall voids, under appliances, and along baseboards where ants nest and travel.

We report our findings, and create a plan

In the third step of our ant control process, we thoroughly document our findings from the inspection and treatment, noting all ant activity levels, entry points addressed, and the specific products applied during your August service. We then establish an ongoing post-treatment monitoring plan that includes quarterly maintenance visits to check bait stations, reapply exterior treatments as needed, and adjust our approach based on the increased ant activity typical during Puyallup’s summer season when moisture and warming temperatures drive these pests to forage more aggressively around homes.
