Our Process

Our Process: Reliable Ant Control for Lakewood Homes

We pride ourselves on a simple, straight forward no-frills process.

You call, we inspect and diagnose

Our process begins with a comprehensive inspection to diagnose the specific ant species affecting your Lakewood property, as increased summer activity in August often brings carpenter and odorous house ants indoors searching for resources.

We meticulously examine your home’s foundation, crawlspace, and surrounding landscape to identify entry points, moisture issues, and the colony’s travel patterns, which are crucial for developing a targeted treatment plan.

We treat pests where they live

Our second step involves applying targeted treatments directly where ants live, travel, and forage to eliminate the colony at its source. For example, we use a combination of professional-grade residual sprays along your home’s foundation, dusts in wall voids, and specialized baits in key areas like kitchens and bathrooms.

We report our findings, and create a plan

After completing treatment, we provide a detailed report documenting all findings, pest activity levels, and the specific treatments applied during your August service visit. We then establish your customized ongoing maintenance schedule to prevent summer ant populations from rebounding, which is critical in Lakewood where moisture from August rains creates ideal conditions for carpenter ants and odorous house ants to establish new colonies around your property.

We Offer Residential & Commercial Pest Control Options In Lakewood

Whether you need pest control for your home or business, we have you covered.

Residential pest control Lakewood

We tackle ant problems in Lakewood with a comprehensive approach that targets both the ants you see and the colonies you don’t. Our quarterly treatments include a thorough exterior application of professional-grade residual insecticides around your foundation, entry points, and common ant highways, while we also address interior areas where ants are actively trailing or nesting. For example, we might apply a combination of liquid treatments to baseboards and cracks, dust formulations in wall voids where carpenter ants nest, and targeted gel baits in kitchens where sugar ants forage, ensuring we eliminate the entire colony rather than just the workers you spot on your countertops.

Commercial pest control Lakewood

We protect Lakewood’s commercial properties from ant invasions with targeted treatments designed for the unique challenges of business environments. Our commercial ant control services cover restaurants, office buildings, retail stores, warehouses, healthcare facilities, and multi-unit properties throughout the Lakewood area, where moisture from our Pacific Northwest climate often attracts these persistent pests. For example, we combine thorough interior treatments in break rooms and storage areas with exterior barrier applications around foundations and entry points, then provide quarterly maintenance visits to keep your business ant-free year-round.
