Our Process

Our Process: Reliable Ant Control Solutions in Lacey

We pride ourselves on a simple, straight forward no-frills process.

You call, we inspect and diagnose

Our process begins with a thorough inspection of your Lacey property to diagnose the specific ant issue, a critical first step as the warm summer weather often drives carpenter and odorous house ants indoors.

We meticulously trace foraging trails to locate nests, identify entry points around your foundation, and document any conducive conditions like moisture or food sources that attract these pests.

We treat pests where they live

We apply targeted treatments directly into the areas where ant colonies live and travel to eliminate the problem at its source. This involves using specialized products to treat nesting sites; for example, we may dust inside wall voids, apply non-repellent liquid treatments along foundation cracks, and strategically place baits in attics or crawlspaces to ensure the entire colony is affected.

We report our findings, and create a plan

After completing treatment, we provide a detailed report documenting all findings, pest activity levels, and the specific treatments applied during your August service visit. We then establish your customized ongoing maintenance schedule to prevent summer ant populations from rebounding, which is critical during this peak season when moisture from August rains drives carpenter ants and moisture ants to establish new colonies around Lacey homes.

Our quarterly treatments include a thorough exterior application of professional-grade residual insecticides around your foundation, entry points, and ant-prone areas, combined with interior spot treatments when needed. For example, we might apply a barrier treatment along your home’s perimeter to intercept foraging ants, dust wall voids where carpenter ants nest, and treat specific problem areas like kitchens or bathrooms where moisture attracts these pests.

Between your scheduled quarterly visits, if ants return, we come back at no extra charge to re-treat the problem areas.
